Massages are proven to help with stress, aid relaxation, improve energy, ease musculoskeletal pain, and assist in recovery from treatment and surgery.

Upon arrival, you’ll meet with a therapist who’ll discuss the areas you’d like to work on during the treatment.  You can choose from Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Maternity massages.

Upgrades can be chosen from scalp massage, aromatherapy, fantastic foot treatment, or hot stones to enhance your experience.  You may choose in advance, or just on the day in discussion with your therapist if you prefer.
